A design build collaboration working with Natural States Treehouses, the Bluebird Treehouse Park is an adaptive reuse of active flood plan. The project uses natural materials to create a wide variety of play opportunities.

The Simmons HQ Wetlands project diverts a concrete drainage channel into a serpentine wetland that allows for better removal of pollutants and silt. The geometry of the structures allows them to function as a water clarifying wetland for low flow events and switch to an inundated structure for large floods, emerging after the flood undamaged.
